INCA Rugby School
While coaching all over the country Jan Oberholzer, current owner of Joberrugby and ex
Junior-Springbok and Blue Bull player and captain, observed that many schools don't have the
capacity and coaches to effectively develop their players. He then decided to open a Rugby School in
Pretoria, and later all over the country, under the banner of INCA to drive players' rugby skills
development and fitness, combined with fun and enjoyment of the game.
Rugby School Age Groups

The following Rugby School sections for different age groups:
  • Mini Rugby School for players 7-9 year old.
  • Midi Rugby School for players 10-12 year old.
  • Junior Rugby School for players 13-15 year old.
  • Advanced Rugby School aimed at promising rugby players
    in the 16 to 18 age group.
Coaches development clinics and courses
INCA offers clinics and courses for club, school and age-grade
representative coaches. We also cater for rugby players wanting to make
the transition from playing to coaching.



The courses offered are:
  • Jan Oberholzer's one-day Modern Rugby Coaching Workshop
  • Six day international advanced coaching courses - twice yearly.
Professional training camps for teams.
Teams of all ages and levels can visit Pretoria for an INCA weekend training camp. Teams will come
in on Friday  and will leave Saturday afternoon. Top coaches will coach the teams and special care will
be given to unit skills, defenses, running lines  and to the game plan.
Position specific and specialist coaching of individual
players
On all INCA position and specialist coaching courses serious
emphasis is placed on position specific coaching. We have an
impressive lineup of former and current coaches and players involved
teaching players individual skills such as kicking and scrumming.
This provides rugby players with an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to
analyse their positional role and skills with these experts.
