What is Joberrugby? Joberrugby is a private coaching entity headed by Jan Oberholzer,which over the past five years supplied world class rugby coaching education to coaches and players all over South Africa and overseas.
With the growth of professionalism in rugby there is a real demand for quality rugby education. Rugby has also expanded rapidly over the last few years and is now a truly global sport. INCA's courses and clinics are specifically designed to assist coaches and players in achieving excellence in this area. The Purpose of the Academy Joberrugby International Coaching Academy (INCA) is South Africa's first international rugby coaching academy. We provide intensive world-class rugby tuition to coaches and players in South Africa and throughout the rugby world. Our aim is to lay a solid foundation to prepare coaches and players for the chalenges that lies ahead. For coaches it is a rare opportunity to work with top coaches in a practical environment developing a structure and blueprint they can take home and use with their own teams. For players there is a high degree of focus on skills development, position specific, mental toughness and rugby intelligence.
