Coaching Information
The INCA Rugby School is aimed at all school players through-out the province, and eventually country-
wide, using only Joberrugby certified and trained coaches.
Any child can join the Inca Rugby School, who is catering for all ages, however, similar ages will train
together, and with the right coach, will begin to develop passion and skills for the game.
The INCA Rugby School strives to provide the tools for players development, while making participation
fun under positive and creative coaching methods.
Players will attend the Rugby School once a week and each hour and a half long session will focus on
balls skills based on skills development, eye hand coordination, flexibility and agility and importantly,
instilling an enjoyment in playing the game of rugby.
The hour and a half -long session is split up into:

- Warm-up sessions
- A variety of fun and rugby related games
- Skills training focusing on eye-hand co-ordination
- Exercise and drills to improve running lines
- and skills development
- Teaching safe rugby to the young players
Why the Joberrugby Rugby School?
While coaching all over the country Jan Oberholzer, current owner of Joberrugby and ex
Junior-Springbok and Blue Bull player and captain, observed that many schools don't have the capacity
and coaches to effectively develop their players. He then decided to open a Rugby School in Pretoria,
and later all over the country, under the banner of INCA to drive players' rugby skills development and
fitness, combined with fun and enjoyment of the game.
Participation in rugby enhances physical development and provides a healthy and balanced outlook on
life and as a parent you can be assured that we will care for each child as if he were our own.

The costs are R250 (incl VAT) per player per calendar month.
(Families with two and more players pay R200 (Incl VAT) per player per
calender month)

We provide following Rugby School sections for different age groups:

- Mini Rugby School for players 7-9 year olds.
- Midi Rugby School for players 10-12 year olds.
- Junior Rugby School for players 13-15 year old.
- Advanced Rugby School aimed at promising rugby players in the 16 to 18 age group.
